Stunning Bridport Cottage is undergoing renovations and will be available starting June 1, 2024. Located in a private community with miles of beach just meters away, great for spring getaways, summer sunning, swimming, walking and boating and perfect island fall vacations with warm days and evenings by the fire pit.
Located on the Points East Coastal Drive and situated on a sheltered harbour, across from the world famous Greenwich National Park dunes, walking distance to the open ocean, a five minute drive to world class golf at the Links at Crowbush Cove, festivals and a foodies paradise it's the stuff memories are made of.
Great for families, friends or a romantic getaway, the cottage is fully equipped with heating and A/C, has a large grassed yard, extensive decks, a fire pit and can easily accommodate up to six people. An additional blow up single bed and/or baby travel cot are available upon request.
Not suitable for parties. We do not accept bachelor or bachelorette parties
Well behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval- $50 pet fee applies
2024 High Season - June 29 to Sept 13- Weekly Rentals - Sat check in only $2100 weekly.
2024 Shoulder Season - June 1 to June 28 and Sept 14 to Nov 30 - $250 per night (3 night minimum) or $1250 weekly.

The cottage is undergoing renovations and we will post pictures as soon as available.
Currently the main level has fully equipped kitchen with island and dishwasher, half bath, washer, dryer and open to living area. Sun porch with dining table and seating area, small side deck and entrance. Kitchen has direct access to large deck with BBQ and outdoor furniture. Outside heated shower for washing off your day at the beach!
Second level has primary bedroom with queen bed, french doors lead to large deck and endless views. Second bedroom with two single beds and large windows. Full bath with tub and shower on this level.
Lower level with windows all around, two twins that can be made into a king and seating area with couches and TV for streaming. Perfect hang out for the kids or second couple for privacy.
The cottage has two heat pumps to provide A/C on hot days and warmth for cool spring or fall evenings. Beach towels, cozy blankets for evenings by the fire or on the beach, a picnic basket and a book exchange are all provided and mean you can pack less. An additional blow up single bed and/or a baby travel cot are available upon request.
Bridport is a completely non smoking cottage and property.
